Brooks Farm Doodles
The Waitlist Process
Once we receive your application, we will review it and follow up with any questions we may have. Our main goal is for our puppies to be loved and cared for in their new homes. Our application serves to give us a better idea of your family and how our puppy will fit into your life!

After approval, we will accept a fee of $350 (cash, certified check, Venmo or PayPal friends and family option). This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and secures your “pick” of the litter. (Fees are only refunded in the event that your puppy passes away while still in our care). You will get a spot on the puppy list on a first come first serve basis when your fee is paid. If your situation changes, fees are transferable to a future litter.

We will accept enough families to fill the number of puppies available. We reserve the right to keep puppies from our litters to add to our breeding program. We keep the first two spots of every litter reserved until pick out day. If we decide not to use those two spots, then everyone is moved up the list. (So first available pick is 3rd pick – if we decide not to use either of our breeder spots, 3rd pick becomes 2nd or 1st etc.)

I’m on the Waitlist, Now What?
When pups are around 6 weeks old, all families on our list will be able to pick out their puppy, in accordance with their spot on the list. Families are allowed to visit in person, but video chat is available for those who are unable to visit.*** (We reserve the right to change to an all video chat selection depending on the situation dealing with COVID 19 or other factors beyond our control).

Puppies will go home around 8 weeks old, (the exact date will be announced at 6 weeks old based on the puppies’ development). The remaining fee will be due at this time. (Cash at pick up only)

We do offer transport for an additional fee depending on distance. We can keep puppies after the “go home” date for a fee of $20 per day or $100 per week for up to 2 weeks.

We hope that this process makes perfect sense, but if it does not, please feel free to ask questions!
